My name is Kinga Sieczkarek and I am a Food Technology Engineer, and dietetics is my greatest passion in life and my way of development.

I help people and I love doing it.
 
I started my adventure with dietetics in high school, reading books on healthy eating, and after a few years I graduated from Food Technology and Human Nutrition at the University of Agriculture in Krakow.  
 
After graduation, I started working in the Polish dietetic office 'Projekt Zdrowie', and a year later I started working with Diet Slimming Studio 'Beauty Lab' in Doncaster, which continues to this day.
In addition, I regularly participate in scientific conferences and training in the field of dietetics: clinical dietetics, psychodietetics, children's dietetics and sports dietetics.

Taste of health is my new project, based on love for healthy food, and thus improving the overall health, appearance and well-being of each of you.
